Episode 12 : ? (The Giving Tree) - C-Note souffre d´un perte et il se risque de sortire en publique... Une réunion de famille évoque des souvenirs d´enfance très douleureuse à Michael. Mahone va être mis sur la piste des évadés très rapidement à cause du "coyote"... C-Note à un "avant-gout" d´une mauvaise médecine... Plusieurs nouveaux personnages feront leur apparitions... Bellick sera peut-être en situation très périeuse malgrès lui. Michael et Lincoln arrive près de la frontière mais l´agent Mahone vas surement leur posé quelques problèmes...
Episode 13 : ? (The Killing Box) - L´avion dans lequel se trouve Sucre à de nombreuses turbulance... Bellick se retrouve à la prison de Fox-River mais cette fois, les rôles sont inversé car c´est lui qui se retrouve en cellule. Une personne importante change subitement de camp et commence un double jeu... Un nouveau personnage très mystérieux nommé Kim fera son apparition. Il sera normalement présent toute la saison et peut-être même la saison 3 ! T-Bag va prendre l´identité d´un employé de bureau de poste afin d´obtenire une adresse importante... Bellick devra surement faire face à la justice mais quelqu´un va lui venir en aide. Un des évadés va commetre un crime. Sara devra changer ses plans et même peut-être son apparence pour rester en vie... Bellick devra bel et bien aller en prison pour une peine de 25 ans !O n découvrira le boss de l’agent Kim et donc de l’agent Kellerman: « Pad Man », un homme qui ne parle pas beaucoup et très mystérieux. On devrait le revoir durant la deuxième moitié de la saison et peut-être même dans la prochaine. Deux fugitifs et un autre personnage vont faire leur grand retour à Fox River, mais pas forcément dans les mêmes uniformes qu’avant

Haywire will be in this episode and befriend a teenaged girl who asks him to buy booze for her. She becomes intrigued by him and his project of building a raft to go to Holland. This girl will also appear in episode 2.16.
- Lincoln, Michael and Kellerman kidnap a TV cameraman to film their declaration of innocence.
- Sucre is taken in by an old Mexican man who sympathizes with Sucre´s quest to find the woman he loves. When the Mexican police bring back Sucre after catching him in the old man´s stolen car, the old man covers for Sucre and even gives him money for his trip.

Behaviorist: Ep.215 - Mahone and a "Behaviorist" disect a tape of Michael and Lincoln´s "Declaration of Innocence". The "Behaviorist" concludes Lincoln is lying about Lisa Rix being the victim of a cover up, and lying about a suicide in the "Cutback Motel". The brothers are planning something in Des Moines. It involves the president. Michael transmits the message "The Water is Warm" via morse code with his hand during the airing of the tape. Mahone doesn´t buy into these "leads" and tells given by the brothers because "they have a former secret service man with them".
Greg Rydenour: Ep.215 - The camera man who filmed Michael and Lincoln´s video. He states that Michael promised they would not hurt him, but the other guy who was with them "the one who looked like he was FBI" - threatened to blow his brains out if he didn´t help. He notes that they mentioned "800 miles in 12 hours" and were rather intrigued by a report about President Reynolds. He thinks they´re planning to go after her.
Sasha: Ep.215 - Two teens, Matt and Sasha ask Haywire to buy them beer. In exchange, they´ll buy food for his dog, now named Larry. They even offer to let him have a beer. Haywire declines the beer, citing that "My Dad used to drink." Haywire and Sasha share something in common, an abusive father. This rekindles some bad memories for Haywire, and he takes action to protect his new found friend.
Widower: Ep.215 - Sucre turns up in Mexico and meets an old widower, who offers him a meal in exchange that Sucre can cook it for the both of them. Sucre takes him up on his offer, but steals his car afterwards. After being caught with the car by Mexican police, the old man tells them he gave Sucre the car and then passes on some cash to Sucre, giving him his blessing and wishing him luck with Maricruz.
