Benitez qui déclare que les fans de Liverpool lui pardonneront s'il devient le manager de Chelsea.

Pas de Benitez , PAS de bénitez , je comprend pas comment on peut avoir ce coach alors qu'il Y'a Pep , Mourinho , Low , Capello...

Il faut voir la vérité en face un peu et accéder à ce qui est réalisable.

- Benitez est libre sur le marché, il connait bien la Premier League, la Ligue des Champions et surtout il ne souhaite qu'un contrat à moyen terme (18 mois).

- Mourinho a un contrat jusqu'en 2014 et il faudra payer 20M pour la rupture de son contrat. Oui il désire retourner en Angleterre mais rien ne dit qu'il le fera en fin de saison, les pseudos-déclarations c'était surtout pour obtenir ce qu'il souhaite de ses dirigeants.

- Guardiola n'a sans doute aucune envie de venir en Premier League et s'il ne renouvelle pas son contrat à Barcelone c'est justement parce-qu'il est à bout physiquement et qu'il souhaite se reposer 1 ou 2 années et profiter de son argent tranquillement. L'Inter Milan est également sur les rangs et depuis un sacré bout de temps, en plus il connait le championnat italien et il a plus de chances de réussir dans un championnat de cette sorte.

- Löw va continuer avec l'Allemagne jusqu'en 2014, la fédération n'a aucun sélectionneur crédible pour le remplacer et une coupe du monde au Brésil ça fait rêver tout entraîneur -surtout que la mannschaft possède un groupe de qualification assez facile. Et puis il faut aussi prendre en considération qu'à l'instar de Scolari, le bilan de Löw en club est très discutable.

Je préfère garder Di Mattéo que Benitez perso.
Pour moi c'est Mourinho ou rien

J'attends de voir 2-3 matches avant de me prononcer sur Di Matteo, s'il tient la route c'est évident qu'il faut attendre la fin de saison et taper dans la catégorie supérieure.

C'est juste que son passé à West Brom ne penche pas forcément en sa faveur.

Benitez , personellement , je le déteste ! Surement a cause de Mourinho d'ailleur , et je pense qu'il ne gérera pas la pression de Roman , seul Mourinho le pourra. Quant a Guardiola , je dirais que c'est fort possible qu'il vienne il ne faut pas oublier qu'il adore la PL c'est lui meme qu'il l'a dit , mais je crois qu'il remplacera SAF c'est un pressentiment.

C'est quasi impossible d'avoir un avis sur le prochain entraineur des Blues , il faut attendre l'été et les resultats des autres clubs. Si par exemple Mourinho fesait le doublé Championnat LDC...on connait la suite.

Je suis d'accord sur le fait que Benitez est l'option la plus réaliste. Mais je crois qu'il faut attendre l'été.

Most clubs would die for a manager with such a record in the first 2 seasons. You sacked Avram Grant and Luis Felipe Scolari without even giving them 1 full season. And now you sacked the young tactician, AVB. And none of your sackings and appointments are helping Chelsea’s cause for financial fair play.

Football managers need time, support and patience. Look at Man City this season. Roberto Mancini is making them work wonders AFTER the owners trusted him for 2 seasons. The legendary SAF won NOTHING in his first few seasons at the Old Trafford. Still the owners persisted with him. Look where Man Utd is today. You need to give your managers time. Each manager has his own tactics, needs his own time to settle. You have proven by spending millions on AVB that he is a bright prospect, someone who could be brilliant for the long term. Yet, you give him less than a season to show his worth. He is a young manager, barely older than some of his players, at one of the world’s biggest clubs. He will take time to settle, but still you sack him. Why, Roman? Why?

A good team needs a good manager, and a steady approach to the game. How will you ever get that constancy if you have 6 different managers in 6 seasons! You need to realize that it is way tougher to MANAGE football players than it is to spend millions on them! To manage successful and established stars is not an easy task. You need to realize this. This needs commitment, which you also have, and patience which, sadly, you lack.

What would you rather prefer? Chelsea qualifying for the Champions League next season and doing squat or Chelsea playing the Europa league for one season, getting reorganized and balanced and then win, say, 4 Champions League titles in the next 10 years? You need to stick with one manager and give him the time he needs to settle down and perform. Otherwise, you can buy all the Torreses and Matas in the world, and still not win the CL. It’s a simple choice. It’s your choice. Please be patient in the future. You owe it to the players, to the team, and lastly, to the ever so patient fans. Think wisely. We know you can do it.

D'un coté il avait une pression énorme du BIG BOSS et ses joueurs l'avaient lâcher. Il est jeune et vivre ce genre d'expérience n'est pas facile du tout. Sans oublier que l'on ne lui a pas laissé le temps de faire ce qu'il avait promit en arrivant.

Cette malheureuse expérience va rester en lui pour le restant de sa carrière, il pourra en prendre de la graine qu'être entraineur dans un grand club est très dur à gérer.
