" Since the 'War Doctor' was so called, because his actions in the war (murder, genocide, microwaving a cup of tea etc) were deemed not acts done in the 'name of the Doctor', wouldn't the Master still be called just 'The Master'', as those kind of actions would be very much the kind of things done 'in the name of the Master', so there'd be no need for the name change "
