Lokomotiv Tbilisi have confirmed they are willing to let their goalkeeper Giorgi Lomaia join Arsenal.
The Georgian international has been linked with the north London giants, as well as several Russian and Ukrainian sides.
Lokomotiv´s technical director Eduard Sanaia told this website there had been no direct talks between his club and Arsenal.
But he admitted Lomaia´s agent has sent videotapes to the managers of several European clubs, including Arsene Wenger.
" We will be pleased to let him go to the club he chooses. He was not interested in the offers from Russia and Ukraine," said Sanaia.

He stressed the Georgian club would not stand in Lomaia´s way.
" The money is not the issue. We do not want to sell him for profit. Our aim is for him to be happy and satisfied with the new club," Sanaia said.
Lomaia himself was not available to comment, as he is preparing for Georgia´s crucial Euro 2004 Group 10 qualifier on Wednesday night against Russia.
Sanaia acknowledged that someone from Arsenal will be present at Lokomotiv stadium on Wednesday night to watch Lomaia play.
The 22-year-old Lomaia started his career with small-time Georgian club FC Kodako in 1995. He soon moved to Dinamo Tbilisi, the flagship of Georgian football.
He also had a short spell with FC Merani-91, before moving to Lokomotiv.
By that time he had established himself as the number one for the Georgia Under-21 side, and now has four full international caps.
Lomaia, however, may have problems getting a work permit because he has not played in 75% of Georgia´s games over the last two years.
