I am sad to tell you that these days are no good days for me! It´s almost as if some law schools offer special "Complain Eloquently"-courses teaching you how to complain to GMs! Therefore, I have decided to help you all out without asking anything in return! Yep, no more tuition! Just follow these tips. The more you use them, the better your complaint will be!

* Even if your native language is English, use The Multibabel to translate your complaint. Repeat that until your complaint looks similar to this:

I THE DENOUNCE YOU WITH THE LAND LADY OF THE IT PERTURBAR I NO FIS THEY PLZ DESBANIT MY AKONTAS OF THE TIBIA GAME

* Additionally, it is generally a good idea to come up with some colourful vocabulary in your complaint. Not only will we notice your complaint earlier, but we will also understand why we should unbanish you immediately! Just like this guy:

THE GM IS EXCREMENT OF CORRUPT GM #^!#^!# HE HIS MOTHER IS FAT

* The more addicted you claim to be, the better. Just complain like this player so we will understand that our banishment is wrong and that we need to remember the greater good:

YOUR HEALTH! plzzz gm tibia is mine life i live for playing tibia now i dont want live anymore

* Claim that you could not respond to the GM because of reasons such as falling asleep behind your PC or because you had temporarily forgotten how to chat in Tibia. Also, claiming that your keyboard was broken is a smart idea, but don’t forget to say that the hotkey for the spell you were casting miraculously survived. A perfect example would be:

I’ve never used a macro. If you are referring to the fact that I didn’t respond to anybody while hunting...I have a good explanation for that. I hacked my keyboard in two pieces because I was hunting trolls and I died and I was angry because it was due to kicks.

* Point out how obvious it is that you are a honest player! Why would you complain if you haven’t violated the rules? That is of course logical. Nobody actually did it! The complaint feature just exists for complaining about unjustified banishments and you, as a honourable account sharer, would never abuse it!

i didn’t do the thing what i am accused for!!!! Do you really think i complain if i violated rules????? i love if GM bans cheaters!!

* State that you were hacked! It couldn´t possibly be your fault at all if you were hacked. Even if you cheated, visited a bad site, got scammed, fell for a trick, or something other than that. You can´t possibly be responsible for this rule violation even though it was your account! Therefore, we need to unbanish you as soon as possible! Be concise though, just like the following player was:

"I am noob i am hakiaded -.-"

* Should that fail, it is generally also a good idea to point out that you exert a positive influence on the average IQ in Tibia. It is a good idea to add a line such as this to your complaint: I KNOW WHY I AM BANSHEEED, but it is even better to use that as your full complaint.
