Toane´s Gym
This location doesn´t have ANY beds and has a poorly laid out kitchen. Sell the plasma screen TV and lounge chairs and some of the gym equipment and then buy 2 or 3 of the most expensive beds you can buy and place them in the empty back room. Sell off the fence around the kitchen so the entire table is free, and place more chairs around it. Buy an espresso machine so visitors can keep their energy high. Buy an expensive stove and refrigerator.
Always complete the location upgrade goal by adding $1000 in objects to the location. Not only does this unlock the best toilet in the game, which you should immediately replace all your toilets on all levels with, but the location upgrade is a necessary requirement for visitors to accept your invitation to join the gym, should you wish to try that goal.
Always make friends with both Max and Goldie. Not only will you unlock to secret social interactions, but you will make 2 friends that will come in handy later AND this will accomplish one of the goals of this location: make friend with Max or Goldie.
The main skill a Gangster Sim will need here is creativity but there are no creative skill objects here. The Gangster career did unlock the Club Rubb location which contains the DJ Booth. Just visit Club Rubb in a good mood and use the DJ booth to build the creativity skill there. The DJ Booth is the fastest creativity-building object in the game.
The main skill a Paramilitary Sim will need here is logic but there are no logic skill objects here. The Paramilitary career did unlock The Octagon for visiting however which contains the robot. The robot is the fastest logic skill objects in the game. Just visit The Octagon in a good mood and program the robot to build the logic skill quickly.
The main skill a Jock Sim will need here is body. The gym is filled with 3 body skill objects: the pool, weight benches and treadmills. Ignore them and use this shortcut: Move out to Dudley´s Trailer. Change jobs to Paramilitary. Get one promotion to unlock The Octagon for visiting. Move back to Toane´s Gym and get your old job back as a Jock. Then visit the Octagon in a good mood and use the Abdominator to build body skill. It is the fastest body skill object in the game.
To unlock a new car, visit Dudley´s Trailer and party with him. This is a difficult goal to accomplish but is easy if you follow these steps: Visit Dudley around noon. He will only throw a party between 7 am and midnight. As soon as visitors start arriving go talk to them or use social interactions. You will need to have a relationship > 5 to EVERY Sim at the party, including Dudley, to unlock the car. To give you more time, move back to Dudley´s Trailer and buy lots of Ice Coolers as these will allow people to satisfy their hunger without Dudley cooking hamburgers.
It is a good idea to complete the gym membership goal so you can unlock the DJ Booth. The DJ Booth is the fastest creativity skill object in the game and it will be helpful to buy for other careers later and spare you the need to visit Club Rubb to use it. When Sims join your gym, they also give you $100!
Hint: Don´t both asking Goldie or Max to join the gym as they are already members!
Tip: Always send the other Sim you can control ( either Max or Goldie) to work. Their paycheck goes right into your bank account.
Secret: One of the new ways to kill Sims this year is to make them jump off the high dive with no pool underneath. Sims will die when their comfort reaches less than -100 after diving into the ground.

Keeto

Casa Caliente
This location doesn´t have any beds when you first move in. Sell the swimming pool and any art you can find and any outdoor furnishings and fences to finance the purchase of expensive beds. You may need to build an additional room. If you get rid of the swimming pool there will be plenty of room for an extra bedroom.
The kitchen is not complete. Sell non-essential objects as above and buy the most expensive stove and refrigerator you can afford.
If you want to do the visitation goals, they need to be accomplished in a certain order: You must first visit Studio 8 and paint a painting on the easel. This will unlock Goth Manor for visiting if you have not unlocked that location yet. Before you can accomplish the visitation goal at Goth manor, you need to complete the " Score with 2 Sims at the same party" goal to unlock the " romantic kiss" social interaction which you are required to use on Bella or Mortimer when you visit Goth Manor.
The easiest way to accomplish the " Score with 2 Sims at the same party" goal is to do the following: make Paisley or Randy fall in love with you. Visit Dudley or Mimi and get them to fall in love with you. Make dinner. Then invite the two Sims that are in love with you to your house right before you throw a party. While everyone is eating inside go outside and use the " call over" command on one of the Sims in love with you. Score with them. Wait until they go inside. Use the " call over" command to bring the other lover outside and then score with them too.
To make parties last longer, buy a hot tub and espresso machines. The espresso machines will keep visitors energy up and hot tubs will keep most of their other motives high. Sims in good moods stay at parties longer.
The main skill a Counter Culture Sim will need here is Cooking. Counter Culture Sims can either keep visiting Pixel Acres to use their Gourmet Stove, or since the Counter Culture career unlocked the gourmet stove for promotion #3, you can just buy one and place it in the kitchen here. This object can be used as a normal stove for cooking, but you can also produce party snack while building the cooking skill at the same time, so owning the stove is more efficient than visiting and using it.
The main skill a Gangster Sim will need here is creativity, but there are no creativity skill objects here. If you completed the gym membership goal at Toane´s Gym you can buy the DJ Booth as it is great entertainment for parties and builds the creativity skill very quickly. Another option is to save money and just keep visiting Club Rubb and using their DJ Booth for free.
Secrets: hidden interaction objects! Counter Culture promotion #1 here unlocks the Vibromatic Heart Bed. Gangster promotion #2 here unlocks the Niagara Love Tub. The location upgrade goal unlocks the Sham Shag Polar Bear rug. All three of these objects are made for 2 Sims in love with each other. Make your Sim use the objects and then invite a Sim you love to join you to see some Sims-style hanky panky.
Tip: Always send the other Sim you control ( Randy and Paisley) to work. Their paycheck goes right into your bank account.
Don´t bother getting married here as you can accomplish the goal later at Malcolm´s Mansion when you have some free time. Anywhere you get married will unlock the same object: a new car!

Keeto

Shiny Things Labs
This location has a lousy kitchen. Sell all the trash cans and ventilation ducts from outside to fund your kitchen renovation. Always buy the most expensive stove and refrigerator you can afford and a food processor if you have enough counter space.
If you want to accomplish the " Rocket Launch Party" goal you will need to have at least mechanical skill > =8 to make rocket gnomes on the invention bench, but it is not required that YOUR Sims make the gnomes. You can make Vaughn or Makino create rocket gnomes. They will not use the invention bench until you complete the location upgrade goal, so just buy $1500 worth of objects for the lab and then make one of them raise their mechanical skill to > =8 until they start making rocket gnomes.
If you want to complete the visitation goals, you must complete goals in a certain order: First, visit Goth Manor and steal their fern to satisfy the " Find the spores" goal. This will unlock Studio 8 for visiting if you have not unlocked it yet. Then, complete the Rocket Gnome Launch Party goal by firing off 5 rocket Gnomes during a party. This will unlock the " hypnotize" social interaction which you are required to use on Charity or Artie when you visit Studio 8 for the goal there.
The main skills a Mad Scientist Sim will need here are Mechanical and Logic. At this point, the Mad Scientist career will have unlocked the Tesla Coil and The Octagon for visiting. Buy the Tesla Coil to build mechanical the quickest and just visit The Octagon in a good mood to keep programming the robot for logic skill.
Secret: The first promotion in the Mad Scientist career here unlocks the Tesla Coil. Not only is this the fastest mechanical skill object in the game, but it also has an amazing side effect on use: the lightning ball. For mechanical skill 0-5, the Tesla coil will produce a lightning ball every so often. This lightning ball will sometimes destroy objects, but it can also get rid of garbage, repair broken objects and make wilted plants healthy again! Then, after the user´s mechanical skill is 6 or higher, the Tesla Coil has a chance of producing a lighting ball that will seek out Sims and maximize one of their motives to a full 100%!
Secret: The first promotion in the paramilitary career here unlocks the Telescope. The telescope builds logic at the basic skill gain rate, but it can also be used by children to raise their grades and it is fun to use, so Sims can use it to build skill or raise grades for a longer period of time. In addition, if it is used at night there is a slight chance the user will be abducted by aliens! Abducted Sims will be returned 6 to 12 hours later with a scrambled personality. This is the ONLY way to change the personality in the game AND it is possible to return from abduction with all personality meters full for a SUPER SIM!
Always use the sonic shower in the bathroom here when you need to raise hygiene. It raises hygiene and comfort at the same time, and faster than any other shower or bathtub in the game.
Secret: The invention bench crates 3 kinds of inventions based on your skill level: Cute Gnomes, Jumping Flamingos and Rocket Gnomes. All can be sold for a profit! Cute Gnomes can even be given away as gifts to improve relationships and they are never turned down because everyone loves cute gnomes!
Tip: Always send the other Sims you can control ( Vaughn and Makino) to work. Their paycheck goes right into your bank account.
Don´t bother getting married here as you can accomplish the goal later at Malcolm´s Mansion when you have some free time. Anywhere you get married will unlock the same object: a new car.

Keeto

Clubb Rubb
This location needs a place to sleep for all the Sims living there and a new kitchen. Sell off lots of the art and all the junk in the back storeroom and use the money to do the following: Build a new room behind the DJ booth and attached to the pool room. Buy the most expensive beds you can afford and place them in there. Buy the most expensive refrigerator and stove you can afford and place them behind the counters where the bar used to be. Buy a big table and some nice dining chairs so you and any visitors will have a comfortable place to sit while eating.
You can´t complete the main goal of throwing a dance party until you have unlocked the dance floor object. To unlock the dance floor, you must first complete the location upgrade goal by adding $1500 in value to the club.
If you want to complete the visitation goals, you must complete goals in a certain order: First, make friend with Bing to unlock the " break-dance" social interaction. Then visit Studio 8 and use break-dance on Charity or Artie. This visitation goal will unlock Toane´s Gym if you have not unlocked it already. Then go to Toane´s Gym and do 3 triple flips of the diving board to accomplish that visitation goal.
The main skill a Movie Star Sim needs here is charisma. Continue to visit Tinsel Bluffs and use their microphone to build the charisma skill rapidly.
The main skill a Fashion Victim Sim needs here is cooking. It is recommended that you buy a gourmet stove so you can build the cooking skill and pump out Hors d´oeuvres for the dance party. Buying the bar is good idea too as it also builds cooking skill and makes drinks to keep visitors happy.
The main skill a Jock Sim needs here is body. The fastest way to raise the body skill is to visit The Octagon and use the Abdominator. Use the shortcut described in the Toane´s Gym section above to unlock The Octagon for visiting.
Secret: This location comes furnished with a laser light show. You can keep your mood artificially high by using this object. See Studio 8 section above for instructions on how to use this object.
Don´t bother getting married here as you can accomplish the goal later at Malcolm´s Mansion when you have some free time. Anywhere you get married will unlock the same object: a new car.

Keeto

The Octagon
This Spartan location needs an upgrade in almost every department: sleeping quarters, bathroom facilities, kitchen and dining areas and fun objects. But there is not much of value to sell. An easy way to get some money is to sell off EVERYTHING including all the objects you can sell, walls, doors and even the floors and then rebuild a smaller more efficient structure from scratch, with the best beds, bathrooms, kitchen and fun objects you can afford.
If you want to complete the visitation goals, you must complete goals in a certain order: First, visit Shiny Things labs and steal a computer. This will unlock Club Rubb for visiting if you have not unlocked it yet. Then visit Club Rubb and attack Bing or Mona. This will unlock Goth Manor for visiting if you have not unlocked it yet. Then visit Goth Manor and break all the incubators. This will unlock the Abdominator object which builds the body skill faster than any other object in the game.
If you want to complete the main goal of eliminating Senator Landgrabb, there are actually several ways to complete the goal but the easiest way is to invite Malcolm over and then trap him buy building a room around him. When one of his motives gets to -100 he will beg for mercy and give you $5000.
Don´t bother getting married her or raising a baby as you can do that at Malcolm´s mansion later when you have free time. The unlocked reward objects for these goals are the same for all lots on which these goals exist.
As per earlier levels, it a good idea to make friends with both the General and Maxine so you can unlock their secret social interactions. Also, make sure they both go to work each day so you can collect their paychecks.

Keeto

Pixel Acres
This outdoor location also needs a lot of modification to make it livable. Sell all the tents, tables, chairs and walls at the front of the lot and buy the most expensive beds, kitchen and bathroom objects, and fun objects you can afford.
Don´t sell any trees or plants as you get no money for them and they are very good for outdoor room score.
Immediately hire a gardener to take care of all the plants to keep the outdoor room score high.
When you make a kitchen and dining area, enclose them in rooms. This will keep all the dirty dishes " inside" where they won´t ruin the " outside" room score which will drag your mood down when you go to work.
Secret: The main goal here is to get Malcolm to take his clothes off. The easiest way to make him strip is to play the " Pixel Booty" song on the synthesizer, but you need to have a synthesizer first. You can only unlock this object for buying by being in the Movie Star career at Goth Manor and getting promoted. In addition, you need to unlock the secret " Pixel Booty" song by visiting Goth Manor for Pixel Acres and playing their synthesizer with creative skill level 10. Then buy the synthesizer at Pixel Acres and play the song when Malcolm is there. He can´t help himself when he hears the music!
If you want to complete the visitation goals, you must complete goals in a certain order: First, visit Casa Caliente and relax on the bear skin rug. Invite Randy or Paisley to join you. The two of you will make out which unlocks Shiny Things Labs for visiting if you have not unlocked it yet. Then you need to make friends with Chase. This will unlock the " Tell Secret" social interaction. Then go visit Shiny Things Labs and tell Vaughn or Makino secrets. This will unlock Goth manor if you have not unlocked it yet. Go visit Goth manor and use their synthesizer with creative skill 10 to get rid of the synthesizer ghost and unlock the Pixel Booty song.

Mais, quand tu es dans ton mode vie et que ton ami a une partie de mode vie sur une autre mémori-card, tu peux jouer avec lui dans TON mode vie s´il pèse START quand tu es dans la game. Il va apparaître en bus, et tu vas pouvoir faire ton mode vie à 2 joueurs! Vous pourrez embarquer tous les deux dans la voiture ou le scooter.
