Y a pourtant des études qui te montrent que consommer plus de protéines ne veut pas forcément dire plus de muscles ou que les lipides ne montent pas forcément la testostérone (déjà ça dépend des lipides)
j'ai pas dis que ça monte forcément mais que ça joue un rôle .
Interêt de jouer sur les mots pour avoir raison sur un forum ?
