Je relance le débat!
COD3
IGN:f you’re expecting anything more than a solid single player adventure and GCN/Xbox graphics, you may be disappointed.
Gamerevolution:Due to the Wii’s lightweight graphics processor, recognizing enemies from their surroundings becomes more a matter of looking for movement than seeing their scowling German faces.
Splinter cell 4
Gamespot:But the graphics are disappointing, looking nowhere near as good as the Xbox version, though at least a little better than the PlayStation 2 version.
Red Steel
Gamespot:Red Steel might have looked pretty good for the time, had it been released a few years ago. But between all the bland, blurry textures, the sluggish frame rate, and the plain-looking weapons and characters, it´s decidedly below par by today´s standards.
Zelda
Gamerevolution:Twilight Princess isn’t even as good looking as some Gamecube games, like Resident Evil 4. Link runs very awkwardly, like an uptight robot, and actually moves better in wolf form. The camera can also get wonky, especially during combat when it has a tendency to leap around erratically.
IGN:Twilight Princess is a GameCube port and therefore not wholly indicative of what we can expect visually from truly ground-up Wii titles. It also happens to be a very pretty GCN effort that is made all the prettier on Wii because in addition to supporting a progressive-scan mode it also outputs an exclusive 16:9 widescreen display.
Gamespot:The Wii was designed with relatively modest graphical capabilities, at least from a technical perspective. So if you spend a lot of time trying to pick apart the visuals of Twilight Princess, you´d notice plenty of low-res textures and jagged edges.
