I totally agree with you Body, fuel is staying and at the moment is the more stable energy that we can use everydays, nuclear is not at the maximum reaching by scientist.

Well, in canada, we don´t have that problem... why don´t he buy hydro electrical energie from us? it´s cheap, easy to make, and will last until we drank all the water! if it´s just for cars, it could be cheaper to pay 1 billion$ to improve the car technology than many billions on war... well, tht´s my opinion.
