Non mais je parle des boîtes de prod & co qui préfèrent envoyer des mails au lieu d´entrer dans une procédure de justice.

Bon, je vois qu´y a des abrutis qui disent que je mythonne. VOus voulez le mail ? Je le mets sur le post suivant, j´efface juste certaines infos confidentielles ( genre adresse IP, noms, etc....)

Pour un " petit téléchargeur" comme moi, ils préviennent d´avance, et l´amende n´est " que" de 5000€ en cas de récidive. Par contre, je pense pas qu´ils préviennent les gros téléchargeurs, et l´amende peut être bien plus élevée.

Et ca leur coûte combien les frais de justice à ton avis ? Mieux vaut prévenir, ça fait peur et ne coûte rien.

Au fait, qd je disais " le mail est sur la boite de mon père, j´ai pas le code", certains faibles-d´esprit ont dit " il ment, pkoi il lui demande pas". Et là, je réponds: mon père vient de rentrer, il était à la plage.

Comme le dit Sugar-M0nkey ca pourraît être une simple blague pour faire peur ou autre d´autant que l´on parle bcp de ce sujet...

Surtout que tu avais l´air bien documenté sur la loi LEN, or c´est typique pour faire passer des fausses infos, on se renseigne à mort pour paraître incollable sur un sujet en faisant croire que cela est arrivé.

Effectivement aucun à priori ( à moins que tu sois un mytho professionnel, un psychotique, que tu t´ennuis en cette période estivale, et que au lieu d´être à le plage tu recopiais dico bilingue à porté de main cette soi disante lettre . au fait , est ce que tu partagais des filmms sophie ? je sais que quand tu en telecharge un, le contenu deja telechargé se met direct dans ton dossier incoming , met est ce que tu mettais en release ? ou est ce que tu partagais des films entiers ?

bonjour, moi j´ai 2 reçu des mails de club internet comme koi je telechargais. Club internet a ete avertie par columbia et disney pour les film hellboy et rock academy donc voila pour moi le telechargement de film c fini
