COBHAM (Reuters) - Chelsea midfielder Tiago is poised to join French club Olympique Lyon for 6.5 million pounds, the Premier League champions´ manager Jose Mourinho said on Tuesday.
The Portuguese international is leaving after just one year at Stamford Bridge because he is worried about losing his place in the national team before next year´s World Cup.

"It´s a question of only a few details," Mourinho told reporters. "He provoked a lot of tears in our group yesterday when he left because he´s a wonderful boy and was a very good player for us.
"We will miss him. He wanted to go and he did it in a professional way. He had a good proposal from Lyon and of course their proposal to Chelsea is also very good.
"He wants to go and we couldn´t break the legs of a boy like this to stop him."
Mourinho also said he had forgiven defender Ricardo Carvalho for complaining about being left out of the side for the game against Wigan and will play the defender against West Bromwich Albion on Wednesday.
"Ricardo is selected," Mourinho said. "It is over. He did what he did and was punished by the club financially but the biggest punishment was when he was not selected.
"He was out of the team for the last game but that is enough. I know he is a great player and he is a player I want to keep."
England midfielder Joe Cole also returns after being left out of the squad for Sunday´s 1-0 win over Arsenal.
En gros, Mourinho confirme, et déclare que cela n´est qu´une question de détail...La proposition est décrite comme très bonne, et le joueur comme voulant aller à Lyon...
