Outer Wilds et son univers spatial publiés sur PC, PS4 et Xbox One en 2019 s'offrent une sortie sur la console Switch cette année.

Production signée Mobius Digital, Annapurna Interactive, Outer Wilds sera disponible dès l'été 2021 sur Nintendo Switch. Une information révélée ce 17 février lors du nouveau Nintendo Direct, qui attend maintenant d'être précisée. Jeu d'aventure ancré dans un univers futuriste, le titre nous fait enquêter sur un mystérieux système solaire en proie à une boucle temporelle infinie et à des planètes en constante évolution.

GOTY 2019 et de loin.

D'ailleurs j'ai reçu l'Édition Explorers PS4 de Limited Run Games ce matin !!

OUTER WILDS : Hard to describe what I felt spending many hours on it in 2019. But I easily can say it’s a very unique journey and one of the very best experience I had the chance to live since I started playing video games in 1991. (and I have played to so much different things that this media can offer since)
If you enjoy movies in the likes of « Interstellar », « Apollo 13 » or other « Gravity », « First Man » (etc…I guess you’re seeing 🙂 ), if you love and understand Jeff Mills’ Something in the Sky projects (lol) and if you are attracted by astronomy in general and/or are too tired of classic sequences of events in an adventure where the logic system works with « go here », « do this », « then do a that », « go to that point to unlock this », « then you can go there to speak to… », « then you…………etc etc etc… » : You should try OUTER WILDS (⚠️ DO NOT confuse with « The Outer Worlds » which has absolutely nothing to do with it ⚠️)
Only curiosty, your knowledge of the universe and the addition of your « in game » experiences will help you to understand what you have to do, where you have to go. You only own only a cool spaceship and a « logbook » to discover the « world » – the logbook helps you to remember what you saw, what you did, what you learned, what you lived). It’s really up to you to find the way to complete your the story. Nobody experiences the things in the same way.
This « game » (I can’t seriously continue to say it’s a game ’cause it’s a lot more than a video game) is my GOTY 2019 by very far, although I played so much quality great games last year. OK, that’s right, this is not a AAA game with millions of investment which offers the most beautiful grafics of the media BUT the Idea behind it, the level design, the atmosphere and the soundtrack as been done by so much talented people from an independant development studio, that’s so crazy. I can feel so much honesty and passion, i can clearly call this a masterpiece. A unique experience which deserves to be tried by all of you, open-minded people. It’s originality in the pure sense.
Also, I think it can help very much during these very difficult times.
If you’re interested, believe into me : DON’T LOOK any video or trailer. Try by yourself directly if you’re ready to live soemthing really special.
It is available on Xbox (Included on Game Pass!), on PC and PS4.
Hope you all will be touched as i have been incredibly by this journey.

Outer Wilds n'est clairement pas pour tout le monde, mais c'est mon GOTY 2019.
J'ai beau avoir joué et surtout terminé des jeux récents terribles comme RE2R, Sekiro, FF7 Remake, DMC5, Link's Awakening, Luigi's Mansion, j'en passe et des meilleurs; celui que je retiendrais le plus est Outer Wilds et de très, mais de très très loin.
C'est exactement ce dont j'ai eu besoin en 2019, il m'a émerveillé et le fait d'arriver à aller au bout a placé ce jeu dans mon top 5 toute génération confondu entre 1991 et aujourd'hui à côté de certaines expériences proches de "mon p'tit coeur de gameur de longue date" comme Secret of Mana 1993, FF7 1997 (pour ne citez que ceux pour qui j'ai vraiment un affect' particulier depuis que j'ai commencé à passer du temps sur ce média)
En bref : Si l'espace t'attire, que t'as pris une claque devant Interstellar ou autre Gravity, Apollo 13, ou First Man, essaye Outer Wilds.
Si tu en as marre de jeux denses et long pour rien avec une durée de vie à rallonge, qui te prend par la main pour continuer ta quête et vivre tes péripéties, suivre le script narratif et que tu cherches un jeu qui te propose d'écrire toi même la chronologie de ta connaissance de l'univers du jeu, essaye OUTER WILDS.
Si t'as une Xbox et le gamepass, installe Outer Wilds tout de suite, il est inclus, t'as rien à raquer de plus.
Si t'as le Game Pass mais que tu veux les soutenir car Alex Beachum, Masi Oka (Hiro Nakamura dans la série Heroes) et toute l'équipe de Mobius Digital a proposé quelques chose d'unique, fais comme moi achètes quand même Outer Wilds. Ils ont vrament fait un truc de fou (chacun son ressenti nous diront mais faut se mettre en bonne condition, tu n'es peut être pas prêt encore).
Si tu campes sur les jeux AAA action boum boum, compet' j'ai la plus grosse et/ou que pour toi chef d'œuvre = graphisme, que tu détestes ne pas être guidé et adore être pris par la main, que tu ne supportes pas d'être perdu, Outer Wilds n'est clairement pas pour toi, mais peut être qu'avec le temps, tu comprendras Outer Wilds si tu l'essaye 🙂
J'aimerais perdre une partie de ma mémoire pour le re-découvrir, je ne l'oublierais jamais.
Et écoutez moi un peu cette ambiance ci-dessous au casque, ça vous donnera peut être un aperçu (c'est qu'un exemple, l'OST est très variée et magnifique)
je m'arrête là j'ai gratté en anglais déjà, l'anglais ça se travaille;) alors fais un effort car le message est plus complet 😀
Si je t'ai convaincu qu'à moitié et que t'es en train d'ouvrir un onglet pour matter une vidéo de gameplay, arrêtes tout de suite! Tu va tout gâcher et t'auras lu et cherché à me comprendre pour rien.
Une expérience incomparable, ce chef d'œuvre ouvre une porte à l'appréciation de la chose ludique qu'à ce média à offrir aujourd'hui, et dans le futur.
Paix et amour, prenez soin de vous et geekez ce jeu de fou si vous le pouvez. Mais prenez votre temps, et faites-le surtout comme VOUS voulez, personne n'ira au même endroit au départ. Qui arrivera au bout?
