Je dois faire une rédaction en anglais sur un service de partage (imaginé), j'ai donc fini la rédaction mais aurais besoin de votre aide pour trouver d'éventuelles fautes.

I will present a service that allows you to share the objects of the daily between neighbors. Indeed if you do not own an object you can rent it at low cost. It also saves a lot of money. However if the object is losing it you will have to pay it back or find a deal with your neighbor. Our service aims to guaranted a mutual trust between neighbors in these occasions. To use this service you must register on a site. In this way you will have access to the list of the nearest neighbors who are registered. To guarantee the maintenance of the service you will have to pay ten percent of the rental price of the object you rent. Finally, I hope this presentation will convince you to support our project.

Si tu as des phrases qui serait intéressante à rajouter je suis preneur.

"I propose my service that allows ..." Aucun natif ne formulerait ça comme ça, à mon avis. Après je dis ça alors que jsuis en LEA
