Je tiens aux quelques chico qu'il me reste, du coup tu peux tenter cette manip :

Les étapes en question :
Here are the steps that worked for me,
Close Battle.net Launcher and clear Battle.Net cache in C:\ProgramData and %APPDATA%/Local and Roaming
Go to one of your game drives containing Battle.Net games
Right-click on the folder that contains all your games and click Properties
Go to Security tab
Go to Advanced
Under "Owner" click "Change"
Click "Find" and then select your current Windows user account.
Make sure to check "Replace owner on subcontainers and objects" and "Replace all child object permission entries"
Click Apply and OK.
Repeat 2-9 on the rest of your game drives if you have multiple.
Restart PC.
Launch Battle.Net Launcher and sign in again.
Choose the game drive(s) and let it scan for games.
Let it sit for a few minutes to synchronize everything.
Once everything settles, Restart PC again.
Launch Battle.Net Launcher and now rejoice as the problem is gone!
Pour certains le simple fait de vider le cache (la première étape) a suffit.
