Just from what I've heard, these players have some program that scans their outbound data and removes the packets that tell the server "Hey I lost! Lower my points and reset my win streak!"
Apparently it's a pretty simple method to just stop the packets containing that info from ever reaching the server. Don't know exactly how it works or how to do it, but I bet it's some method where you just scan your traffic and block the appropriate data.
Such a shitty and elementary designed system.
