La réponse est NON, NON et NON. Calcule le market cap avec cette projection de prix et tu comprendrais aisément que c'est impossible. 1$ serait déjà extraordinaire.

Q. I have not receieved my SMS confirmation.
A. Could I please get you to go to https://my.electroneum.com/logout, and select Login. Q. I can't confirm my PIN/My PIN is not working

Q. My balance is not showing/Showing 0 ETN.
A. As you can probably understand we have experienced very high traffic on our website. We upgraded from 300 transactional servers at Amazon to over 3000! We are dealing with the backlog and you should expect to see your correct balance soon.

Q. My balance does not show all the coins that I purchased during the ICO/Token Sale
A. Can I please ask for more information from you. Can you please open a new support ticket referencing how many tokens you believe you should have and how many you have now. Can you please include your username for https://my.electroneum.com and we will look into this for you. When you open a new support ticket called: BALANCE QUERY.

Q. I have entered the wrong recovery email address.
A. If you click 'I haven't received the email' and try to log in again in 2 hours you will be able to enter a new email recovery address.

Transfer Questions
Q. My transfer used more than I sent.
A. please do not worry. This is meant to happen. The way the anonymization system of the blockchain works means when a transfer takes place it locks more than is required. Once the transaction has been confirmed on the block chain the additional locked funds will be unlocked again ready for your next transaction.

Q. My transfer has not gone through.
A. Please be patient, the system is incredible busy due to massive demand. If your transfer fails, you can try again.

Q. My transfer has failed.
A. We would recommend that you try sending the payment again, after double checking your payment has not arrived.

Q. My transfer to Cryptopia is not showing on their end.
A. Once the funds have been transfered out of your wallet on our end, they will be in Cryptopia's wallet. Did you include a payment ID on the transaction? If you did not include a payment ID you will need to raise a support ticket with Cryptopia as this is one of their required fields. If they have not updated your balance on their end you will need to raise a support ticket with them (https://www.cryptopia.co.nz/Support), be sure to include the wallet address that you sent it to, and the payment id you used with your transfer.

Mining questions
If you are not using one of the official pools, you will need to contact their support for that pool.
