J'ai trouvé ça sur reddit, un peu la flemme de traduire mais y'a quelques astuces que je connaissais pas
Y'a indirectement un peu de spoil je préfère prévenir : :

.

Kill Septa the Crab and you get a shield from a crab on Nameless Isle.

Use Braccus' Helm three times to summon a demon.

There's a genie-lamp on Reaper's Coast; on one of the south western-beaches. You can fight the enemy inside and it SCALES with you, so the longer you put it off, the better.

Ifan has a stupidly powerful Crossbow you can get from Zaleskar if you bring him along during Fort Joy.

Dorotya's Kiss lightly impacts Ryker's Attic Spider.

You can bless Alice Aliceson to remove her Pain Aura.

Killing Marg, I think it was, gives you a really powerful ring for that point in the game. Level 18 I believe.

Provided you do it right away, you can go find Gareth and kill Jonathan, thereby saving his parents.

There's a Phoenix Egg that you can get, which if you don't eat, hatches on the boat at the end of the game.

If you let the 'Mistake' go during Arx, you'll meet him in the Crypt and if you help his ghost's anger issues, you get a talent point.

There's a small vault in Amadia's realm on the Nameless Isle you can access if you bring a gem you find in there to her face-door.

You can ditch Sir Lora on Lady Vengeance and don't have to worry about 'missing' anything, so long as you talk to'em each act, pretty much.

A very powerful if not the 'strongest' two-handed weapon outside of Anathema; Falone's Scythe, can be stolen from a church statue in the Cathedral.

You can make your weapons more powerful by combining them with poison bottles. I learned this so late.

Herbmixes are pretty decent, and Green Tea is broken.

Necromancer and Living Armor are a really powerful combo; especially if you're able to hit for high-numbers.

Five-Star Diner is a really good late-game talent. Blood Rose Attar + Giant Stat Potion is a +24 to your primary stat. Watch your power sky-rocket.

If you kill Sahelia in Act 1, to my knowledge she doesn't ever reappear, at least she didn't for me. So you don't have to deal with her odd inconsistent behavior every act, which is nice. You do miss out on one of the most pacifist Source-Teachers if you do, but Jahan/Almira are 'good' enough anyhow.

You can ask for a lot of money if doing the Paladin War Owl stuff if you listen to the ghost near Hardwin twice and get the second verse of the mourning song.

There's a Rain Amulet in Paradise Downs in a weirdly cut-off section which has three undead wizards, and a dead farmer. Also there's a note in one of the broken houses further away leading you TO it in a desk.

You can get special skill books if you mix an elemental skillbook with a non-elemental skillbook. Like Necromancer and Hydrophist gets Blood Rain, or Necromancer and Pyro get Corpse Explosion. Source Books get you source-ability-combos.

There's a ferryman in Cloisterwood who could take you to Bloodmoon Isle, especially if undead and what not.

In the Fort Joy Arena, the 'Burnished One' gives a really big amount of EXP for some reason. Worth killing them once you're finished there. Also one of them gives a magic-shield for combat if you answer correctly for the arena-bout.

Speaking of; someone who I didn't realize was a VENDOR was the guy hosting Driftwood's Arena. He's actually a really good vendor for some reason.

Every hour or level resets a merchant's wears, and you start getting 'Divine' level loot at 16. If you manage to get that high during Reaper's Coast, worth a look. Also helpful if you leave one of the teleportation pyramids near Sadha's Caravan with all the waylaid merchants.

Undead/Fane can take the covenant for a free stat boost. It forfeits the Path of Blood, (admittedly, Path of Blood means 'have no fun the entire game for a set of wings and glow' tbh) but God-King delivers on points. Breaking the Covenant does not remove said points either.

There's a Magister-Spy perched on Fort Joy looking where you and the Seekers make camp right before trying to arrogate Lady Vengeance, up on a vine-ladder peak. It's a bit of a walk up a ramp but was a decent surprise.

Each of Gift Bag 5's armor-sets come with strong boss-fights; though most are skippable.

Sech Zapor has a soul jar, and you can slowly disrobe him or let him gather his goods.

Duna's Undertaker can be appeased if you find the ritual in the Witch's House, making for a really early and good set of armor for archers.

The Devourer assails you with visions and if you don't 'resist' them, he gets an advantage if you try to fight him later. Though you could just eat souls as he asks and skip the fight entirely.

I imagine; though haven't done it myself, that Daeyena will appear in full Contamination-Armor if you don't kill her during Fort Joy/Reaper's Coast and give her the cuirass from the Black Pits. Arguably this is the only mandated fight anyhow, but you can 'sup it up' so to speak. Or maybe Daeyena lets you bypass it, I'm not certain.

There's a Dark Souls reference in the sewers with the kids/trolls and just before you meet Justinia and Isbeil. A coiled sword in a campfire.

And just a minor EXP-tip if you don't care about Jahan; If you use Terrain Transmutation you can move over the lava from Hannag's little escapades, and drop it on Jahan without aggro. So long as he's standing in it, if you hit him afterward, he'll probably die immediately and you'll get a buttfuck of EXP. Make sure to nab your Inner Demon book, but otherwise enjoy.

If you manage to defeat Dallis twice; in Fort Joy and on Lady Vengeance, you get both her hammer; the Reckoning, and a really badass sword and shield.

You can bless Alice Aliceson to remove her Pain Aura.
