I'VE FOUND A SOLUTION: To fix it, go into your settings. On the first tab you will see a button called "Beta Participation". Click "Change". Go down into the dropdown menu and choose "OPT out of all Beta programs". Click "OK". It will ask you to restart Steam. When you load it back up, it will be downloading an update. Then when the client is finished, you should be able to go into everything again. NOTE: I found this out myself.

J'ai trouvé une solution, pour résoudre le problème, allez dans vos options. Dans la première fenêtre, vous verrez un bouton appelé "OPT blabla". Cliquez OK. Il vous sera ensuite demandé de redémarrer steam. Quand vous relancez celui-ci, une mise à jour se téléchargera. Quand le téléchargement sera terminé, vous devriez pouvoir accéder (je sais pas de quoi il parle, en gros tu peux aller dans tout ce qui te manquait)
