Je pensais avoir fait une affaire en achetant un Turtle Beauch Earforce Sierra, problème impossible d'entendre le son sur ma One. J'ai fait des recherches et j'ai trouvé une vidéo youtube ainsi qu'un schéma officiel turtle beach.

Je vous laisse voir si mon branchement est nickel et si vous avez une solution (sans forcément devoir acheter les accessoires turtlebeach) pour moi hésitez pas

Je n'ai pas de Turtle Beach mais les branchements m'ont l'air bon, a tout hasard dans les paramètres tu as bien configuré le sortie optique ? sinon je vois pas trop...

Paramètres ==> Affichage et son ==> Sortie audio ==> Optique audio

Oui j'ai configuré comme ceci :

Son des hauts parleurs -> Audio HDMI : Désactivé -> Optique Audio : Bitstream en sortie -> Format compressé : Dolby Digital
Son du casque -> Format du casque : Dolby Atmos for Headphones

C'est la bonne configuration ?

Sinon sur l'image du schéma turtle beach il est mentionné 3 phrases et je comprends pas trop

Enlève Dolby atmos et met Dolby Digital normal, peut être ne sont ils pas compatible avec du atmos.

D'après Turtle Beach il faudrait faire ceci

Please follow these steps to ensure you have your headset connected and setup properly.

Make sure to remove the small clear plastic clips from the ends of the optical cable. Connect one end to the console and the other end to the Console Interface unit.

You will also need to connect the USB cable from the console to the Interface unit.

Now connect your Control unit to the interface unit using the USB connector and DIN connector.

Your headset has a quick disconnect connection to a standard 3.5mm jack lead. This must be connected to the headset and to the Control unit.

Go to your Xbox Dashboard and select Dolby Digital 5.1 for the audio output.

To enable chat over Xbox Live you must connect the included talkback cable from the control unit to your control pad. Then in the voice preferences settings screen choose "play through headset" with a volume of 10 for chat.

Your headset is now set up correctly.
