Ouvre un fichier notepad, copie colle toutes commandes qui suivent, et met le dans steam > steamapps > tonnomdecompte > counter-strike source > cstrike > cfg. Tu l'enregistres et tu l'appelles comme tu veux (du style fps)...
Ensuite tu ouvres css, et dans la console, tu marques "exec le nom du fichier que tu as enregistré en rajoutant .cfg" Normalement, tu devrais avoir une grosse montée de fps
