1. Unpack the release with WinRAR or equivalent
2. Get Steam from www.steampowered.com
3. Install Steam & Register a NEW account... ( Do not use an account with games on it)
4 Open Steam & Login ( Make sure it does autologin), Go to Play Games, Double click on Condition Zero
Click on I already own this product, Enter CD-Key, Crash Steam.exe @ 1st bar
then copy the ClientRegistery.blob from your Steam folder to your unrarred CSS Folder.

OR

Open Steam & Login ( Make sure it does autologin), Go to Play Games, Double Click on Condition Zero
Click on I already own this product, enter CD-Key, Crash Steam.exe @ 2nd bar, Restart Steam and crash Steam.exe
when the Connecting to ACCOUNT disappears! Start Steam again.. and when the icon in the taskbar appears you right click on it and click on exit.
Copy the ClientRegistery.blob to ur CSS Folder.

5. Edit SteamApp.cfg and edit the last part to:

7. Launch the shortcut.. and make sure Steam is NOT running!

heu finalement g parler un peu vite lol, non moi g dl la version V3 sur bittorent, et je me trouve avec un rar ki contient trois dossiers,
cssourcev3 gcf_content et un
rar ki contient un dossier ki s´appelle hl2, cstrike, bin, un hl2.exe etc . .. et il ne suffi pas de dezipeer ptout ca pour voir voir apparaitre cs source dans steam . .

moi jai dl la version final emperio, jai dezipé& le 1er fichier et puis alors je me retrouve avezc plein de fichier je pige plus rien, qqun pourrait me dire coment linstaler merci
