(After some rather costly experimentation, I´ve settled tentatively on the same "cookie cutter" build that we typically use to do smite runs, only with the addition of Spell Breaker to bypass the Dying Nightmares´ ....uh, Lingering Curse? Isn´t that what they´re using?
The basic concept is to cast Zealots Fire prior to entering the general spawn territory of a DM. Listen and watch, and when he appears, cast a Spell Breaker, rush in, and cast a quick buff on yourself, like PSpirit. Zealots Fire will kill the DM outright.

Once again, the skill lineup appears to be a pretty unimaginative leap from the ordinary:
55 hp
Spell Breaker
Balthazar´s Spirit
Mending +4
Protective Spirit
Bonetti´s Defense
Zealots Fire
Balthazar´s Aura
Healing Breeze / Mend Ailment / Orison
---
My choice in attributes would be:
Healing 12 (13)*
Smiting 16
Protection 11
DF 8
- Switch in a Healing scalp at the start, so you can get +4 on your Mending.

In my appraisal, the Prot Bond build was a snore, the PSpirit build was slightly more difficult but also faster, and this build is very difficult (for now) and slow. Despite UW smite runs being more difficult for monks now, I think the liquidity of the Ecto market and the increased availability of rare weapons (the chief drawing card of other farming activities) is going to make them continue to be attractive.)
