No - i will not give a release date. It will be alvailable when it is done (that is when we do not find differences to the real car any more...).
There will not only be one 917 but aside the 917K coupé there will also be the 917 Spyder, The Coupé with the finned bonnet and maybe also the /10 and the /30.
If you want to make yourself a picture of the progress, walk through this thread. But the actual Model is much more original now than the last renders i uploaded.
I expect some renderupdates this weekend. At the moment the revised nose is driving me crazy. If you just have blueprints and a (almost completely wrong) 1/18 Model it is very difficult to guess the 917s´ lines. I have to rely on my photographs collected all over the internet and shot by some very attentive guys (thank you Christian), whom were so kind to send their photographs to me.
