Upon the release of Battlefield 1942, the IGN offices quickly devolved into deep gaming debauchery, with some of us going home to shower, then coming right back to the office, until that fourth night in a row when I passed out while bending down to pick up a paper clip. At any rate, BF Vietnam didn´t quite have that snap, but everything seems to have come full circle for the proper sequel, daringly titled Battlefield 2. It has the same kind of voltage we remember of old, with vehicles, bullets, and broken bodies flying everywhere, an orgy of fireballs, a steady stream of smacktalk--and it wakes up that little voice in the back of your head that says, " Just one more round. Just one more enemy. Just one more flag."
