Edu to complete Valencia move

LONDON, Jan 27 ( SW) - Arsenal´s out of favour midfielder Edu should be ready to complete his move to Spain in the next 24 hours as he prepares to join Valencia.

The Brazilian told Diario AS: " I want this to finish as soon as possible because I do not want to spend the rest of the season without playing a single minute. I hope this is over in less than 24 or 48 hours."

Edu has only appeared in 9 of Arsenal´s games this season as he lies severely down the line of choice for Arsene Wenger´s midfield. The manager has also said that the player will either extend his contract or leave the club now as leaving on a free transfer at the end of the season is not an option.
