Les nouveaux arrivants devront forcément habités dans les " pavillons modestes". Pour s´établir dans les résidences bourgeoises il faut avoir une certaine ancienneté, possédé quelques commerces etc... Tout le monde peut s´établir dans le ghettos, et possédé un commerce de quartiers. Les quartiers des affaires sont disponibles seulement aux bourgeois de la ville. Les emplacements politiques seront disponibles aux différents élus.

ps: Les arrivants pourront vite progressés sur la ville en ouvrant des commerces et en faisant construire des maisons. Il faut rester minimum 4 jours dans une même maison pour pouvoir déménager. Voila les places sont à prendre !
