En gros ce mail te demande de répondre au e-mail pour vérifier que tu es bien le propriétaire du compte Facebook.

Ne créer pas un autre compte Facebook avec une autre adresse e-mail ça ne fera qu'augmenter le temps avant que l'issue soit résolu.
