Killzone Newbie guide

Here is a nice overview for you, if you´re not known with Killzone, or just forgot something!

You are part of an organization known as the ISA. The game is set in the near future, and you are one of the few that is still loyal to the humans in the near future. There will be 4 playable characters in the game, each with his/her unique specialties. You must use these skills to your advantage if you hope to stay alive. Your enemies: the Helghast, a mean faction with plans to take over the galaxy for unknown reasons. For the Helghast´s wishes to be carried out, the colony of Earth must be eliminated. You and your team of specialists are on a mission. You must go behind enemy lines to defeat the Helghast and bring peace to the world. With 26 levels and four playable characters to play the entire game over again, Killzone sounds like it is going to be one of next years best. 21 handheld weapons with secondary and melee functions and five stationary weapons are all available in Killzone. For more information on weapons, see the Weapons section of the site. Killzone supports full online gameplay as SCEE said, but that category is almost as shady to us as Killzone itself. There are speculations about an offline co-op mode and it´s nearly 100% sure that there will be plenty of online multiplayer modes for those of you without a network adaptor.
