Hideo Kojima - creator of the Metal Gear Solid series - on Japanese TV, confirmed that work on MGS3 has just gotten underway. It will be given it´s first showing at the E3 games show next year.
More interesting however is that Kojima revealed that he is currently exploring the possibility of a MGS online title. What isn´t known, as yet, is what consoles will get the new Metal Gear game/s - Kojima-san wasn´t prepared to spill the beans on that one. However we can assume it´s a dead cert for the Playstation 2
