Select a flyer
You can only give one flyer per Sim. Try to remember which Sims have already received fliers from you. If a Sim has already received a flyer they will not take another one.

Talk to Nicki Knack - she is usually located in her store ( Nicki Knack´s Bric-A-Brac, near the Waterfront Villa.)
Where are the maintenance ladders?
The manhole you need to climb down is located outside the Country Bar, north of Club Rubb.
There will be construction barriers around several sides of the manhole you should enter.

Once you are underground, look for a gray button protruding from the ground.
Step on the button to lower the ladders and complete the goal.

Travel to the park ( The entrance is between the Hospital and Virtuchem.)
Cross the first bridge
Go to the right through a few trees until you find a sidewalk.
Follow the sidewalk to the right and follow the sidewalk to the north.
You should be between two rows of bushes.
Travel towards the top part of the screen, go right when you see a park bench.
You will come to a wall. Follow the wall down until you can go around it.
Follow this wall up and you will cross a bridge.
There should be a couple park benches and an easel overlooking a sunset. Welcome to Lover´s Leap!

How do I earn §10,000?
Hard work, proper use of the scooter, and knowing the times jobs start and stop.
There is always a job to go to at anytime of the day - there may be small down periods as you cannot go to the same job twice in a day.
Use the scooter to move quickly to the next job site, since motives do not decay.
Repeat this cycle until the amount of money you desire is achieved

To solve your current situation just wait one Sim day, and she will probably talk to you ( It might take longer)
Special tip for next time: Never talk for longer than three conversation options.
Choose two or three conversation options, quit the conversation and restart it.
The Sim treats the next conversation as a NEW conversation, thus allowing he relationship to drop even lower.
This trick works on anybody!

You have to select the first option on the phone " Services," and Sculptor is on that list.
