When we make Fear Effect available (some point in the coming couple of months), we allow independent developers to pitch ideas set in that IP. If we approve the concept, the community gets to vote on it, and if the community clearly supports the idea we will help the developer find crowdfunds to make the game.
We will not be making any more Fear Effect games internally.

If all of that comes together, it’s possible – although access to Inferno code wouldn’t be provided as we don’t own the code – just the rights.
