Alors que circulait depuis quelques jours sur la toile le lien vers une étrange fiche jeu de Gamefly, le distributeur en ligne vient une nouvelle fois de prouver que ses informateurs ont de bonnes sources. Trois jours plus tard, nous voici avec une annonce tout à fait officielle de la chose. Ce Guilty Gear XX Accent Core, prochain épisode de la série de jeux de combat 2D, devrait donc être développé en exclusivité sur Wii par Arc System Works.
Evidemment, ce type d´annonce est souvent suivie d´images et d´infos sur le gameplay, mais il nous faudra pour le moment patienter un peu. Wiimote, contrôleur classique, pad GameCube ?
Sortie prévue en juillet 2007 (le 30, selon Gamefly...).

C´est officiel : la série désormais mythique Guitar Hero fera son apparition sur consoles Nintendo. C´est Mike Griffiths, le chief executive officer de Activision qui l´a avoué durant une conférence financière interne à la firme. Décrivant un futur soutien "agressif" aux consoles Nintendo, l´individu a annoncé l´arrivée de franchises telles que Shrek, Spiderman, Transformer mais surtout Guitar Hero sur les consoles de la firme de Kyoto durant l´année fiscale 2007-2008. A l´heure actuelle, impossible de dire si ce sera la DS ou la Wii (ou les deux ?) qui héritera d´une adaptation du jeu de guitare déjanté, mais quoi qu´il en soit c´est une bonne nouvelle.
