In the latest issue of EDGE magazine, Shigeru Miyamoto, General Manager of Nintendo and creator of the Mario and Zelda franchise spoke with the magazine and had the following to say about Revolution :

“What Nintendo is trying to do is introduce a completely new platform which means we can give small teams with unique ideas the opportunity to make a graet games. And those kind of great games have the potential to become the most successful software in the world. So I think it’s definitely the right direction for Nintendo to be taking into the the future.”

“…I am certain that the Revolution will become something really, really unique and interesting and that means there will be people who will want ot copycat.”

“We always want to be the number one best creators for whatever Nintendo hardware platform we are talking about. We have to do that - of course! But what we’re trying to do is make the hardware that will drag out the very best possibile quality from all the software. What we try to be is the role model - we want other developers to learn from us.”

“…when it comes to Revolution, we don’t call it a next-generation console. We call it a new-generation console. We want each household to always have a Revolution console connected to their TV. If someone comes into your house and there isn’t a Revolution sitting comfortably next to the TV, we want them to argue, and say: ‘Oh! Why don’t you have Revolution?’ That’s what we want to create. We want a brand new relationship between people and their TV’s through the Revolution. And when we achieve that then people will understand what Nintendo is now and what Nintendo has always as been.”

ce qui m´eclate, c´est que certains croient à des casques de RV, des lunettes 3D, des pojecteurs 3D, et meme aux hologrammes... et refusent de croire que ce sera une "banale" console se branchant à une TV.

chardonnet va revenir le jour de l´E3, une heure avant que ça débute. Il va essayer de nous refaire gober ses conneries pour qu´on y croit avant la conférence.

On aura quand même l´air con si il à raison... mais son comportement est inexcusable même si il à raison

Vous n´aimiez pas le faites qu´on aurait pu jouer avec un casque ou des lunettes?
De facon à ce que si l´enemi dans un jeu de shoot se retrouve à droite nous n´aurions plus qu´à nous tourner!
