Une petite réaction à la conférence de Sony. Je ne sais pas d´où elle vient, mais je vous en aviserai dès que je le saurai.
"The “new” Playstation controller is a nice one, really, but is it as good as the Wiimote? Can you use it as a tennis racquet? No, not really. Can you play first person shooters in different way? No, not really. And, to make it a short one: Does it offer us gamers more than a simple tilt sensor? No, definitely not. It is just a try to weaken Nintendo. And at last, Sony accepted the premise, that the gaming control scheme has to be changed- it isn’t all about hardware power, teraflops and graphics.
They opened a gate at their press conference that is is leading to paths that will disqualify the real power of the Playstation 3. Before their conference, the Playstation 3 had been a hardware monster with a controller, not as good as the Wiimote. Today, it’s still a hardware monster with a controller, not as good as the Wiimote. But one thing has changed: Sony has shown the whole gaming world that innovation isn’t found just in better graphics. Yesterday, Sony officials used the word “Innovation” just once as a headline, when they showed us their “new” controller.
Today, Nintendo will hold their conference, and they will definitely stress that fact, striking back with a better motion sensoring controller. Thank’s for your acceptance, Ken. "
