What is a 'Split Order'?
Information on Order SplittingPlease note that in order to get your items to you as fast as possible, we split orders out where necessary, and send them to you separately.
For example, any Pre-orders you have placed will be sent as individual orders – this is because there is no common release date with Pre-orders, and because we want to get it to you for the Release Date! (UK Only).
Since we only charge when we despatch your items, you would be charged for each item as we despatch it, rather than the one larger total amount you were quoted when you first placed the order.
For example, you have ordered:
2 x Pre-orders (one scheduled for March and one for May)
1 x Item "Available for Immediate Despatch"
2 x Items that will be available to despatch in, say, 3-5 days.
This would be split into four orders – you would receive one item within a couple of days, two items together a few days after that, one in March and your final item in May – meaning you would be charged four smaller amounts which would add up to the original order total.
Please note: If you have ordered a large number of items in one order, you may wish to contact your bank to advise them that a number of charges may be made to your card in quick succession.
