Recently, we here at Activision Customer Support have implemented a new version of our support software to better assist our customers. In order to receive further assistance with your problem, you must login to our support website at http://activision.custhelp.com Once there, click My Stuff and log into your account at the support section of our website using your email address along with any password when you created the account. Now click the Questions button and it should show you any current Incidents you have with our support department. Simply click the blue link under Subject and you can update your incident there.
You will still receive reponses to your questions in your email in-box, but you cannot respond to them from there. Anytime you wish to update an incident with more information, click the blue hyper-link included in your email response from us. This will open up a browser that will take you directly to your account login at our website. You can then use the above method to login and update your incident.
We apologize for any incovenience this may cause you initially. Please be assured that we will expedite your issue and respond to it as quickly as we can.
