Voici mon message:
I am pretty late in posting, but whatever, i have to pass this message to the entire Folklore staff .
I am thanking you, from the deepest of my heart, for the magic and fantasy you have brought us in folklore. A dreamy fantasy, mixing Jade Cocoon/FF XII/Valkyrie Profile with a genji/haunting groud/shadow of the colossus ...that was exactly what i wished would be coming up..simply because it has never been done before.
I started the game with Ellen, since her story really intrigued me. -(definitely love her scottish mini skirt ^^, yes yes i know it´s only to remind us where the story takes place lol)- Her story is really attaching the player to keeping on playing, and discovering more about her past. This is exactly what we look first in a game.
I then went on with Keats..had fun but definitely not as much as with ellen. Oh and I wish Keast had a different costume in the Netherworld.
Apart from the beautiful dreamy environment, the lovely music, the greatness of flashbacks and the exceptional gameplay (great job on the use of the sixaxis), i am thanking you for not forgetting about us.
The add ons you are releasing are very important to me. Dungeons, costumes..thank you!
One thing i wished we could do: play the dungeon in real-time via internet..in other words, complete chapters in a duo-mode (one player controls ellen, the other keats), both advancing through the game in real-time via the online mode.
Unfortunately, and again it has to be said, after few hours the game become repetitive..i think it is less repetitive than the other RPGs due to the humongous amount of folks!
One thing i noticed during playing: too much loading + framerate.
My last words:
Thank you again, for the greatness of Folklore.
I will never forget that dreamy, poetic and magic adventure.
Toni
NOTE: I have a final question:
How is it going with the PSP edition of Folklore?
