Je up ce topic parce que j'ai un problème avec mon tarantula, je n'arrive pas à installer le dernier firmware.

J'ai ce message dès que je clique sur start pour démarrer l'update :
"error
sorry update failed
disconnect the product and plug it in again
repeat steps for firware uptade"

J'ai essayé de déconnecter et reconnecter mais toujours rien et je pense ne pas saisir tout à fait le readme, si quelqu'un peut m'éclairer :

Tarantula Firmware Update Procedure:

1. Unzip the files
2. Plug in the keyboard
3. Double-click the Firmware Updater application
4. If prompted to unplug the keyboard,
--> go to 5 else go to 6

--> Make sure you unplug the keyboard cable (the thicker cable) and that you hear the USB unplug sound
--> When you plug the keyboard back in, hold the requested button until you hear the USB plug-in sound and the LEDs stop glowing

If 'Found New Hardware Wizard' pops up,
--> go to 7 else go to 8

--> click 'Next'
--> click 'Finish'
--> click 'Next' on the FW updater window

8. Click 'Next' on the FW updater window
9. The new firmware will load into the keyboard
10. Unplug the keyboard
11. Replug the keyboard (Tarantula LED should start glowing)
12. Restart your PC"
