To Install East Asian Language support first download this, after it is installed go into your Control Panel and Click on Regional and Language Options.
Click the Languages Tab, then tick the Box next to "Install Files for East Asian Languages".
NOTE: You need your Windows XP CD to install the files.
Once East Asian Language files are installed, Run Microsoft AppLocal(from your start menu).
Choose the RFOnline.exe file from your RFOnline folder and click next.
Choose the second from the last language, click next, then tick the box to create a shortcut. Launch the game and play!

Merci je venais juste de trouver mais après je suis perdu je comprend pas j´ai fait un epetite traduction via lycos mais bon ca donne rien ^^

En gros c´est pour que l´interface du jeu soit en anglais au lieu de chinois japonais ou corréen ^^
