euh en fait bizarrement c'est revenu tout seul à la normale
mais razer m'avait envoyé un mail que voici:
To try and fix this, please attempt the following:
1. Close Synapse 2.0.
2. Terminate the RzSynapse.exe process from Task Manager
3. Uninstall Razer Synapse 2.0
4. Restart the computer.
5. Go to http://www.razerzone.com/software-support and download a new installation of Synapse 2.0
6. Reinstall Synapse 2.0, and make sure you right click the installation file and choose (Run as Admin), and let the Synapse 2.0 update.
7. Then restart the computer again
One other thing that you can try is to make sure that the Region and Language format is properly set as the same language and region.
1. Open Start Menu and type in 'Region and Language'.
2. Make sure under the Formats tab, Location tab and Keyboards and Languages tab, all is set as the same language.
3. After making the proper changes, Synapse should detect the device and it should work properly.
After completing the steps above your Synapse 2.0 should be able to detect the device properly. If it is still unable to do please check your firewall settings and make sure that Synapse 2.0 is not blocked. If you still have issues after completing the steps above please let me know and I will proceed to the next step in order to help you resolve your issue.
