Where is the Cavern of the Incarnate?
Due west of Tel Vos, there is a long " J" shaped foyada ( volcanic valley) just on the other side of the mountains. At the end of that foyada is the Cavern. You can actually see it on your paper map. Get to the area by your method of choice. Probably the easiest way is to travel due west from Tel Vos through the Grazelands and then levitate over the mountains, dropping down into the foyada below. Once you are in the area, this in-game map will help.
