IGN cube a mis en ligne une liste des jeux sur GC développé par les éditeurs tiers,en voici les plus importants.

Product Number 03 ( P.N.0.3)
Developer: Capcom Production Studio 4
Publisher: Capcom Entertainment
Release Date: September 2003
Exclusive: Yes / Limited

One of the more compelling third-party offerings for GameCube this year, PN03 is an all-out action title set to a futuristic backdrop. A colonial settlement is threatened after its Computer Arms Management System ( CAMS) suffers serious malfunctions and turns on the human race. Players take on the role of Vanessa Schneider, a beautiful freelance mercenary with a mysterious past and a contract to destroy all robots. The heroine is in it for the money, but also for revenge: it turns out that CAMS murdered her parents several years before.

Directed by Capcom´s famous Shinji Mikami, Product Number 03 revolves around explosive battles with enemies and lots of character acrobatics. According to Capcom, the game features an emphasis on defensive maneuvers more so than it does offensive ones, and odder still the main character sometimes dances in-mid battle and shoots lasers from the palms of her hands. Capcom says that PN03 also boasts an impressive storyline filled with twists, turns and more than a couple of shocking surprises.

Viewtiful Joe
Developer: Capcom Production Studio 4
Publisher: Capcom Entertainment
Release Date: October 2003
Exclusive: Yes / Limited

From the director of Devil May Cry comes Viewtiful Joe, a highly original 2D/3D beat-´em-up with an incredibly stylized look. The game stars Joe, who is, according to Capcom, just a "regular Joe." But when he meets up with his mentor, a professional super-hero of sorts, Joe gains a powerful costume that enables him a variety of special moves and powers. The character can, for instance, slow down time and dodge bullets, as well as speed up time, and more. This, coupled with a tight, intuitive fighting system that allows for lots of combos and style points makes for one of the most addictive games we´ve played in quite some time.

Check out our video preview of Viewtiful Joe right here.

Soul Calibur II ( with playable Link)
Developer: Namco
Publisher: Namco
Release Date: August 20
Exclusive: Partial

Namco´s Soul Calibur franchise is not only beloved by fighting fans, but also considered to be one of the best games available in the genre, period. So it should come as no surprise that Soul Calibur II, complete with more characters, more arenas, more complex fighting moves and updated graphics, is one of the most anticipated games of the year on any platform.

The GameCube version in particular has something extra special going for it because it will be the only build to feature Link ( from Zelda), fully playable, with his own host of moves and executables, and ready to kick some serious butt. For Nintendo loyalists, this is something close to a godsend and for many, it´s a clear reason to own the GCN version of Soul Calibur II.

R: Racing Evolution
Developer: Namco
Publisher: Namco
Release Date: TBA 2003
Exclusive: No

The next in Namco´s classic Ridge Racer series, R: Racing Evolution is still shrouded in mystery, but there are some known details about it worth mentioning: the game will retain an enhanced visual style familiar to Ridge Racer fans, but it will not feature the famous power-slides function from previous games. Instead, Namco is hoping to deliver a title that competes more directly with the Gran Turismo series in terms of car selection and racing feel, except with a greater arcade element of speed and control.

"Because we´re going to use real cars, the sliding feature of previous Ridge Racer games will not be intact. Imaginary cars can behave in an unrealistic manner, but the exaggerated sliding drift would not befit real cars well," said Isao Nakamura, project lead. "The physics involved in this game will be realistic, but it won´t be like Gran Turismo. We would like to express Namco´s way of realistic instead and thus create a truly original product. Oh, and if you wonder, we haven´t yet decided which cars will be included in the game."

Look for more on the game from E3 2003.

Baten Kaitos
Developer: Monolith Soft / Namco
Publisher: Namco
Release Date: TBA 2003 US / December Japan
Exclusive: Yes
Baten Kaitos is a traditional RPG developed by Monolith Soft. The game takes players to an original planet in which entire countries float atop clouds and humans have magical wings. Gamers assume the role of an orphan named Karasu, who has only one wing, as he embarks upon an epic quest to find his lost family. Along the way, the character will meet friends and foes, do battle with a massive military, and advance. The title, which features traditional turn-based battles, pre-rendered 2D graphics and 3D characters, will sift players through large, cloud-themed worlds and will also boast some Middle Eastern art inspirations.

------------------------------

Tales of Symphonia
Developer: Namco
Publisher: Namco
Release Date: TBA 2003 US / July Japan
Exclusive: Yes

Formerly called Tales of Phantasia, Namco´s Tales of Symphonia for GameCube is beautiful, cel-shaded RPG designed exclusively for Nintendo´s next-generation console. The title, which features real-time battles and the ability for players to assign fighting styles to party members, also sports an expansive, fully 3D world and a main character that looks right out of the Dark Cloud series.

While very little is known about the game´s storyline at this point, RPG fanatics can look forward to something truly epic.

Virtua Fighter Quest
Developer: AM2
Publisher: Sega
Release Date: TBA 2003
Exclusive: Yes

Sega´s Virtua Fighter series is, like Soul Calibur, in the top-tier of fighting games. This because of the game´s brilliant cast of robust characters and the tight control mechanics. With developer AM2´s Virtua Fighter Quest for GameCube, though, the series is branching out into an all-new genre: that of the adventure-RPG. Very little is known about this anticipated project, but according to team leader Yu Suzuki, the game will definitely arrive in 2003 to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the series. More importantly, though, it will feature a storyline and appearances from every single character in the VF franchise. Expect this one to be blown out at E3 2003.

Sonic Adventure Sequel
Developer: Sonic Team
Publisher: Sega
Release Date: TBA 2003
Exclusive: Yes

The true next chapter in the Sonic the Hedgehog franchise is likely to hit GameCube later this year. Sega sources have previously confirmed that such a title is in development, but no details have surfaced. It´s possible that Sonic´s true next-generation debut will take place at E3 2003.

--------------------------------------------------
------------------------------

StarCraft: Ghost
Developer: Nihilistic
Publisher: Blizzard
Release Date: November 18, 2003
Exclusive: No

Developer Nihilistic´s StarCraft: Ghost branches the series out from being pure real-time strategy into the console realm as "tactical action game." The new approach, which now takes place in full third-person 3D and stars a super-sexy heroine as a ´ghost operative,´ still involves futuristic alien battle, but does so with a new emphasis on stealth and in-level combat.

Complete with beautifully detailed graphics and atmospheric sound and all packaged together with a thrilling storyline, this is going to be one of the bigger console releases of the year. The GameCube version will be identical to the Xbox one, according to previous reports.

Factor 5 Secret Project
Developer: Factor 5
Publisher: TBA at E3 2003
Release Date: Holiday 2003
Exclusive: Yes
Every GameCube owner knows the name Factor 5 as the company that developed Star Wars Rogue Leader, which remains one of the console´s most technically impressive games. Less known, though, is that the developer has, since early 2002, been plugging away on a new project for Nintendo´s next-generation console. The top-secret effort will once again define the limits of what´s visually possible on GameCube.

We contacted the company this morning in hopes that it could give us an update on the project. F5 president Julian Eggebrecht would only say: "Factor 5 is working on a game that might be something in familiar territory, but people will be surprised in terms of content."

Expect to learn more about this one in the coming months leading up to E3 2003.

Factor 5 is also thick into development with another, even more mysterious title. But it isn´t scheduled for release -- at the very least -- until 2004.

The Hobbit
Developer: Inevitable Software
Publisher: Sierra
Release Date: Holiday 2003
Exclusive: /

Based on J.R.R. Tolkien´s novel of the same name, Inevitable Software´s The Hobbit stars unlikely hero Bilbo Baggins on an epic quest filled with exploration, magic and one big, nasty dragon. The title, which is an action-adventure with platform elements, takes players through the events and to the locales featured in the book with a style inspired by Nintendo´s Zelda series.

In-level puzzles mix with enemy combat and platforming in the game, which sports extremely detailed, stylized graphics and an atmospheric soundtrack complemented by orchestrated music and top-notch voice talent. Look for much more on this product soon.

WWE WrestleMania X9

Publisher: Yuke´s
Release Date: Holiday 2003

Enter the Matrix
Developer: Shiny
Publisher: Infogrames
Release Date: May 15, 2003
Exclusive: No

What´s not to be excited about? Enter the Matrix arrives May 15 of this year as the first videogame ever to be based on the popular sci-fi movie The Matrix, a pop icon, and something nearing godlike stature for most game junkies. The title stars players one of two side characters from the forthcoming movies, either Niobe, an experienced pilot, or Ghost, a true martial arts master. Packed full of "bullet time" special effects and overflowing with high-flying kicks, dazzling punches and arcade-speed combos, the game is sure to impress The Matrix fan hidden away in every player.

Plus, it´s got some pretty graphics to boot and a whole load of DVD extra features, a feat made all the more possible on GameCube because Shiny is using DIVX for video compression.
