Rumors: Rare may not have the rights of some names
There are rumors that the name Joanna is not property of Rare in several message boards.

It appears that Nintendo set up a company Rare LTD to protect trademarks, and Joanna may be one of them.

The rumor also states that Killer Instinct is also Nintendo´s property.

This may explain why Jo had such a drasic change of appearance, this is still a rumor, but well keep you updated to confirm this information.

Et il y aurait une autre rumeur selon laquelle Enix développerait only for nintendo jusqu´en 2005.^^

Ah au fait,pour les anglophobes,la 1 ère rumeur dit en gros que l´héroine de Perfect Dark(Joanna DarK) appartiendrait toujours à Nintendo,ce qui expliquerait le changement de désign de l´héroine de PD0 sur X-box.La rumeur affirme aussi que Killer instinct resterait rattaché à Nintendo.^^
