C'est juste un patch HD qui affine les détails des personnages, et qui remplace visiblement les photos originales par des photos d'advent children,

M'enfin, je pense que tu pourras le trouver sur internet, cherche un peu

Yeah, I connected my laptop with my brandnew Full-HD TV :D
Applying Aali's Custom Graphics Driver allows you to play Final Fantasy VII in any resolution you want! Based on OpenGL.

Because of my S-Video Cable the screen is black & white.

You are wondering that I can connected my laptop to my TV with an S-Video cable, but can set my resolution to 1920*1080? With a little hack it is possible ;)

But I ordered at eBay a new VGA-HDMI cable, so I think I will play Final Fantasy VII in Full-HD resolution, Anti-Aliasing and in COLOR xD

Je ne pense pas que tu puisses facilement arriver à un truc pareil. Néanmoins il existe un patch facile à installer qui donne à Cloud le design plus travaillé qu'à l'ordinaire que l'on voit lors du dernier combat du jeu; je parle du patch CloudHighRes que tu peux trouver sur cette page:
