In team screens when you go to any other view apart from the Traditional and sort, it crashes
In fixture screens when you click on ´Show next fixture´ when a team has no fixtures
Clicking on the ´Manager Of The Month award´ news item if you have got the award ( filter out the news item to avoid this)
Pressing a key to cycle to an item in a pop-up menu can potentially cause a crash

Penalties not being taken when awarded on the stroke of HT/FT
´Array access out of bounds´ error in scout searches
Score changing after making a tactical change in certain matches
