Supprimer les dépôts qu'on vient de te dire, faire
aptitude update
et après tu peux installer avec
aptitude install flashplugin-nonfree

Tu as tenté de l'exécuter, c'est normal. Ton fichier n'est pas exécutable.
Lances un
cat /etc/apt/sources.list

pour afficher son contenu.

Mais comment t'as pu arriver à un sources.list si dégueulasse?

Bref, une fois la seconde ligne en partant de la fin commentée, tu peux faire aptitude update et installer flash, ça sera tout bon.
