Voici le thème que j'ai traduit de l'anglais je voulais savoir s'il y a des erreurs d'expressions ou de syntaxe.
Merci d'avance

In the year 2002, the assessment of the English skills among the pupils aged 15 to 16 in seven european country ranked us the latest. It's a well-know fact.
We have deplored our falling behind for years but until now no measure has been efficient.

Today Europe no longer give us the choice. Since 2000, countries which are members of the Union have adopted a common framework so that all European children learn to manage by themselves at least in one foreign langage. France is finally complying with these standards.

The situation is even more worriyng because the labour market is already widely bilingual.
From up to down of the pyramid , and in all jobs English has become essential.
No mastering it is becoming an excluding factor. Globalisation is legging and every day english is taking a little more ground. The latest example : registered patents will no longer be translated from their original langage.
