Alors voilà je dois faire une expression type bac scindée en 2 questions :

1) Does popularity depend on what you have ? ( 150 words )
2) What is your idea of a prestigious job ? ( 150 words )

Voilà ce que j'ai fait :

I) Sometimes, popularity doesn't depend on what we have. For example, there are a lot of people who became famous with nothing, and helpless, but thanks to their intellectual qualities.
Trough their toughts and their speechs they succeeded to be popular. It is the case of many personnalities which we remember, sometimes for centuries.
We could quote Cesar, Einstein, Hitler or Gandhi.
Now, let us take a unknown person who has a classic way of life. If she wants to become famous, she will have to shine trough her spirit and make all she can to draw the attention of people, whereas a rich person, as for her, doesn't need to be clever to make popular, like Connor in the text. A young man who goes to the highschool with his own car will be obviously be more attractive ( for girls ) than the same individual who takes the bus like the majority. A restaurant will be more known if her staff is kind, and if the decoration is beautiful.
So we can think popularity is especially based on appearances ; people are often materialists and judge the others without really knowing them.

II) Firstly, a prestigious job must make travel all over the world, but not only in very popular countries ( like USA, Canada, Europa or Japan ). It has to make us discover unusual countries not inevitably known. So with this profession we can visit the world and become enlightened thanks to all the cultures we will discover. And we will can see the most beautiful places of this earth.
Afterward, a perfect job must bring us to the contact of people and so create new links, friendship or professional. With a lot of friends in the world, we'ill become popular and respected by the others.
Let us come to the most important according to me : the money. A prestigious job HAS TO have a big salary. It allows to have, for example, a villa of 300m² with swimming-pool or a Corvette and naturally buy itself journeys in a regular ways.
Last point, holidays are essential. The ideal would be to have 3 months of holidays a year, to take advantage of her life.
That is what I think about a prestigious job.

je pense que "personnalities" ici ne va pas. En anglais ça ne renvoit qu'aux traits intérieurs d'une personne, pas aux stars.

"She" ne va pas pour parler de cette personne au mode de vie classique car on ne connait pas son sexe. phrase à reformuler ou bien pronoms à changer
whereas a rich person -> "as for her" <- je comprends pas là ^^ tu voulais dire "quant à elle" ?
to become* popular/famous
"who goes TO HIGHSCHOOL" pas de "the"
"will be obviously be more attractive" deux fois "be", retire en un ^^
"A restaurant will be more known if her staff is kind" her? qui est la femme en question?

2)
mets plutôt "first" au lieu de firstly
"And we will can see" we will be able to see*
"so create new links, friendship or professional" friendships* + il faut un nom après professional qui est un adjectif^^
"respected by others" serait mieux me semble
"the money" -> retire le "the" ici.
"and naturally buy itself journeys in a regular ways." tu devrais reformuler c'est pas tip-top
"her life" voudrait dire que la personne est forcément une femme

J'ai pas tout relevé, y a pas mal de structures moyennes mais bon j'ai essayé de repérer les plus grosses fautes

Euh ouais, sauf qu'il a pas le choix, il c'est le deuxième qu'il doit retirer.

Non les deux sont corrects, et c'est justement "will obviously be more attractive" qui va le mieux, ayant demandé à un pote anglais
