II/ That speaks about the American blacks and of the white It is has to say of the racist. In the world the racist is less and less frequent that It is 10 years old.

III/ my opinion on the racist is quickly and simple it is necessary to be plain and interdependent so that all the world would be together, it is necessary to know new countries, of new language

IV/ conclusion the racist does not allow a rencotrer of new person in other country to know their cultures and their languages thus stop needs the racist
