Pakistanis in the Bellerose neighborhood of Queens, for one, advertise job oppurtunities in local papers back home. So it´s easy to understand why a newly arrived family from karachi would head straight for Bellerose, where a mosque and a halal butcher are already established.

Puis j´ai 2 questions :
1) Explain in your own words what Pakistanis in Queens do.
2) Find the two reasons why Pakistani immigrants want to settle in Bellerose.

1) They inform people of the new job opportunities that are in the local newspaper. That´s their job.
2) Since there are a mosque and a halal butcher already established. So they could feel as they felt in their country, this is more comfortable for them.
